Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in Pune Division. The CFO will oversee all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and overall financial planning to support strategic growth across ITUS’s training, marine, and equipment verticals. Daily responsibilities include managing financial statements, supervising accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and standards.





The role involves partnering with leadership to evaluate investments, assess business risks and opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and support long-term financial sustainability. The CFO will also lead financial controls, develop policies, manage relationships with auditors, banks, and investors, and provide clear financial insights to guide executive decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance with demonstrated experience in corporate financial management and strategy.
- Must have CA qualify. and expertise in Startups/MSME.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting processes, including forecasting and long-term financial modeling.
- Hands-on experience preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Expertise in Financial Reporting, including regulatory reporting, management reports, and performance dashboards.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating business performance, assessing risk, and supporting data-driven decisions.

- Experience leading finance teams, implementing internal controls, and working with external auditors and financial institutions.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, communicate complex financial information clearly, and operate with high ethical standards.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, defense, safety, or related sectors is an advantage.
