The Role -

We are looking for a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to build and lead Solyte’s Growth function.

This is not a traditional marketing role. The CGO will own how Solyte reaches the market, acquires users, builds credibility, creates partnerships and develops repeatable growth channels.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Define Solyte’s growth and go-to-market strategy.
2. Build brand positioning and market narrative.
3. Drive user acquisition across content, social, SEO, partnerships and paid channels.
4. Improve conversion, engagement, retention and referrals.
5. Lead product launches and growth experiments.
6. Build strategic partnerships across corporates, education, sports, founders and relevant communities.
7. Define and track key growth metrics across the customer funnel.
8. Work closely with the Founder, Technology and Psychology teams.

What We Are Looking For -

1. Strong startup, product growth or digital marketing experience.
2.



Ability to combine strategy with hands-on execution.
3. Strong understanding of acquisition, funnels, content, partnerships and analytics.
4. Comfortable experimenting, measuring results and iterating quickly.
5. Ability to simplify complex products into compelling customer propositions.
6. Builder mindset with high ownership and resourcefulness.

Experience in AI, psychology, health-tech, HR-tech, EdTech, wellness or sports is an advantage.
