We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial strategy, drive fundraising initiatives, and support sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in corporate finance, investor relations, and capital raising, along with the ability to translate financial insight into actionable growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the company's overall financial strategy in alignment with business goals
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A;)
- Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounts team
- Ensure robust financial controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Present financial performance and strategic recommendations to the Board and leadership team

Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts including equity, debt, and venture capital rounds
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, VCs, private equity firms, and financial institutions
- Prepare pitch decks, financial models, valuation analyses, and due diligence documentation
- Represent the company in investor meetings, roadshows, and negotiations
- Manage cap table, term sheets, and deal structuring
- Ensure timely and transparent investor reporting and communication

Business Growth & Operations




- Partner with CEO and leadership team to identify growth opportunities and evaluate new markets/business lines
- Drive financial modeling for expansion plans, M&A; opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Optimize capital allocation and working capital management to fuel growth
- Track key financial and operational metrics (unit economics, burn rate, runway, ROI)
- Support pricing, revenue, and profitability strategies

Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, and tax requirements
- Oversee audits (statutory, internal) and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain strong corporate governance practices

Required Qualifications
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA or equivalent professional qualification
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully raising funds (Seed, Series A/B/C, Debt, or PE) — please specify total capital raised if applicable
- Solid network within the investor/VC community
- Experience in scaling organizations and managing rapid growth phases
- Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
