Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Pune, responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and direction of Gagan Wings Honda. The CEO will oversee daily operations across sales, service, and support functions, ensuring that financial, operational, and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role includes leading senior managers, making key business and investment decisions, managing budgets, and aligning resources to drive sustainable growth.

The CEO will represent the company in external partnerships, maintain high standards of compliance and ethics, and foster a performance-driven, inclusive work culture. The CEO will regularly review business performance,



implement improvement initiatives, and ensure that the company remains competitive in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Business Planning skills to manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term growth plans.
- Experience in Operations Management to oversee daily workflows, process optimization, and service delivery.
- Sales leadership experience, including developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning to define vision, set organizational priorities, and respond to market changes.
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in automotive or consumer services.
- Ability to build and lead diverse teams, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with on-site leadership and hands-on engagement in day-to-day business activities in Pune.
