Role Description This is a full time on-site Chat Sales Internship role based in Chennai. The intern will engage with potential and existing customers via chat platforms, respond to inquiries about holiday packages and destinations, and assist in tailoring itineraries based on customer needs. Daily tasks include understanding customer preferences, presenting suitable travel options, clarifying pricing and inclusions, and guiding customers through the booking process.

The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, providing timely follow-ups,



and maintaining accurate records of chat interactions and leads. Interns are expected to contribute to a positive customer experience and support the overall sales targets of the team.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with customers.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
- Sales skills to identify customer needs, present suitable options, and support conversion of leads.
- Training and Sales Management exposure or interest to understand sales processes and improve performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple chats, and maintain attention to detail.
- Comfort using online chat tools, CRM systems, and basic office software.
- Enthusiasm for travel and willingness to learn about global destinations and holiday planning.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any field; prior internship or customer-facing experience is an advantage.
