Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in the Pune Division.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate bookkeeping. The role involves overseeing statutory compliance, coordinating audits, managing tax filings, and monitoring adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulations.

The Chartered

Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making. Additional responsibilities include improving internal controls, optimizing financial processes, and collaborating with other departments on financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with active membership in the relevant professional body.




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards (e.g., Ind AS/IFRS), and corporate taxation.
- Experience with audit coordination, statutory compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, along with strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Prior experience in media, marketing, or related industries is an advantage but not mandatory.
