Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Hyderabad.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage statutory audits, tax audits, and financial reporting for a portfolio of SME and start-up clients. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, and handling corporate and regulatory filings. The role involves advising clients on tax planning, transfer pricing, and international tax matters, as well as supporting digital accounting implementations and internal controls.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate closely with the advisory team, interact with clients to understand their business needs,



and provide clear, practical recommendations to support their growth.

Qualifications

- Professional accounting and compliance skills, including Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, solid knowledge of accounting standards, and experience with statutory and tax audits.
- Taxation and advisory skills, such as expertise in direct and indirect tax, transfer pricing, and international tax, with the ability to provide structured tax planning and business advisory solutions.
- Digital and analytical skills, including proficiency in digital accounting tools, financial analysis, and data-driven reporting to support decision-making.
- Corporate, secretarial, and regulatory skills, covering corporate law compliance, regulatory filings, and coordination with authorities and external stakeholders.
- Communication and client service skills, including clear written and verbal communication, client relationship management, and the ability to present complex information in an accessible manner.
- Relevant experience working with SMEs or start-ups, strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and local tax regulations; exposure to international best practices is an advantage.
