Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Oversight • Lead and manage a team of finance professionals across RTR, PTP and T&E; functions. • Ensure smooth Transition of PTP and RTR processes from onshore / Third Party vendor to GCC insourcing • Provide day-to-day oversight, guidance, and performance management to ensure delivery of high-quality outputs. • Act as the escalation point for complex issues across invoice processing, reconciliations, and expense audits. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management • Partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, HR, Operations, Audit) to ensure seamless finance operations. • Build solid relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery. Process Improvement & Optimization • Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation, and optimization across RTR, PTP, and T&E.; • Drive efficiency gains through technology enablement (ERP, Concur, workflow tools, reporting dashboards). • Implement best practices to strengthen compliance, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables.



Team Development & Growth • Mentor, coach, and develop team members to enhance skills and career progression. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with emphasis on accountability and continuous learning. • Support succession planning and talent development initiatives. Operational Excellence • Ensure timely completion of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, fixed asset and balance sheet reconciliations, and expense audits. • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, prepare executive-level reporting, and drive corrective actions where needed. • Support audits (internal, external, SOX) and ensure adherence to financial controls and compliance standards. Qualifications & Experience • Education: o Graduate in Commerce or Finance. o Chartered Accountant (CA) or master’s degree (MBA/Finance or equivalent) preferred. • Experience: o Minimum 10–15 years of experience in finance operations, with at least
