We are seeking a talented individual to join our Insurance Operations team at Marsh Risk, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in Pune. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Specialist – Insurance Operations (Grade C1)

We’re seeking an individual who will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the company’s insurance solutions. They provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers and provide support to clients by responding to insurance transaction queries. An Insurance Operations Coordinator is a seasoned individual contributor, providing experienced, independent operational support. As a recent colleague, you will be provided with Business Overview/Insights, in-depth process training, roles & responsibilities overview, expectations of various stakeholders to make you successful in this role
We will count on you to:

- Ensuring all production targets are met in training
