nWe are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Sales Leader to drive Pan-India Sales across ICT,
nNetworking and Physical Security Solutions. The role demands strategic thinking, enterprise
naccount management expertise, and strong techno-commercial acumen to lead revenue
ngrowth across key industry verticals.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. National Sales & Business Development




n• Drive national sales strategy for IT & Communication Solutions
n• Lead business growth in:
no Networking (Routing, Switching, Wireless, Telephony, Video Conferencing)
no Cybersecurity (Firewalls) would be plus
no Physical Security Solutions (CCTV/IP Surveillance, Fire Alarm Systems, Access
nControl, PA Systems, Boom Barriers)
n• Identify recent enterprise opportunities and expand existing key accounts
n• Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
n• Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and collection targets
n2. Enterprise Account & Stakeholder Management
n• Map and build relationships with OEM ,IT, Security, Purchase, Finance & CXO-level
nstakeholders
n• Drive strategic engagement with large enterprise and government accounts
n• Ensure long-term customer retention and account growth
n• Lead negotiations and commercial discussions
n3. Solution Selling & Technical Alignment
n• Understand complex custom
