Job SummaryWe are looking for skilled and motivated Radiology Coders to join our healthcare coding team in Madurai and Trichy. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in radiology medical coding and a strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10-CM coding.

The candidate will be responsible for reviewing radiology documentation, accurately assigning appropriate codes, and maintaining required quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Review medical records and radiology documentation for accurate coding.
- Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10-CM codes based on clinical documentation.
- Ensure coding is performed according to applicable coding guidelines and standards.
- Identify documentation issues and ensure accurate code assignment.
- Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and quality.
- Meet defined productivity and turnaround-time requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and medical information.
- Work effectively with team members and meet organizational quality expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 1–4 years of relevant Radiology/Medical Coding experience.
- Valid medical coding certification is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Radiology coding concepts and guidelines.
- Robust understanding of CPT and ICD-10-CM coding.
- Ability to interpret and review medical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Madurai or Trichy.
