Experience of 10-15 years in gold loan sales and other banking products, should have team handling experience as well ? The person should have managed digital loan operations for multiple locations in a NBFC or a Bank ? Knowledge of regulations as applicable in the lending business ? Must have demonstrated ability to manage loans generated through digital platform.
