Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and drive business through the Banca Channel. The candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, managing bank relationships, driving insurance sales through partner branches, and leading the team towards consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive life insurance business through the assigned Banca Channel cluster.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank branch managers and key banking stakeholders.

- Drive sales and achieve assigned premium, revenue, and business targets.

- Lead, guide, motivate, and monitor the performance of the team.

- Manage and develop relationships with bank branches to increase insurance penetration.

- Conduct regular branch visits and identify new business opportunities.

- Generate and convert leads through bank branch relationships.

- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies across the assigned cluster.

- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance against targets.

- Conduct regular reviews with the team and take corrective actions to improve productivity.

- Train and coach team members on products,



sales processes, and business development.

- Coordinate with bank officials for lead generation, customer meetings, and business conversion.

- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and maximize conversion opportunities.

- Maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and share regular business and performance reports with management.

Candidate Profile:

- 7–10 years of overall experience in Life Insurance / BFSI / relevant sales domain.

- Minimum 1 year of team-handling experience.

- Relevant experience in Banca Channel / Bank Partnership Channel is preferred.

- Strong understanding of insurance sales through banking channels.

- Proven track record of achieving business and sales targets.

- Excellent communication, relationship management, and team leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple branches and drive business across the assigned cluster.
