Role Description This is a part-time remote Cashier role supporting the firm’s financial and administrative operations. The Cashier will process client payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions in alignment with internal policies.

Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, monitoring cash flow, and preparing basic financial reports for review by the finance team. The role also entails responding to payment-related inquiries, coordinating with legal and administrative staff, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant financial and firm guidelines.

Qualifications





- Strong numerical aptitude and basic accounting skills, including handling payments, reconciliations, and transaction logging.
- Proficiency with office and financial software (e.g., spreadsheets, accounting or billing systems) and comfortable working in a remote, digital setting.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to follow structured financial procedures.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach and professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and prioritize multiple transactional tasks.
- Understanding of confidentiality requirements and a high level of integrity when handling client and firm financial information.
- Previous experience in cashiering, finance, or administration is preferred; experience in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; further coursework or certification in accounting, finance, or business is beneficial.
