Role Description The Caregiver role at InfergyIndia is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Caregiver will provide attentive, compassionate support to individuals associated with the organization, which may include employees or their families, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with personal care routines, monitoring health and behavioral changes, supporting daily activities, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.

The Caregiver will communicate regularly with supervisors and family members, follow established care plans, and accurately document observations and activities. The role also involves responding calmly to emergencies, coordinating with medical professionals when required,



and fostering a respectful, inclusive, and dignified atmosphere for all individuals receiving care.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong caregiving and personal support skills, including assistance with daily living activities, basic hygiene, mobility support, and overall comfort care.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen actively, provide clear updates, build trust, and interact respectfully with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Candidates should possess observation and documentation skills, including monitoring physical and emotional changes, maintaining accurate records, and following care plans and instructions.
- Candidates should possess safety and emergency response skills, including awareness of basic first aid, adherence to health and safety protocols, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Candidates should possess reliability and professionalism, including punctuality, integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience as a caregiver, nursing assistant, or similar role is preferred; basic knowledge of health or social care practices and local languages in Pune is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional training or certification in caregiving, nursing assistance, or health care support will be beneficial.
