Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Caregiver Recruiter / Field Talent Acquisition professional at our bengaluru location. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process for caregivers, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.



The recruiter will collaborate with different teams to meet organizational staffing needs, build candidate pipelines, and ensure prompt onboarding while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.

This position also includes building strong communication channels with caregivers to create a supportive and engaging hiring experience.

Qualifications

- Experience with Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Skills in Recruiting and Hiring for healthcare and caregiver roles
- Strong Communication and interpersonal capabilities
- Proficiency in Interviewing and assessment techniques
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic work requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or elder care services is a plus
