At Strengths Masters, you’ll get the chance to work directly with students aged 13–17, helping them understand themselves, explore careers, build confidence, and develop a healthier relationship with their future.

This is an entry-level role designed for someone who is curious, empathetic, a good listener, and excited to learn. You don't need years of counselling experience—we’re looking for the right attitude, communication skills, and genuine interest in working with young people.

What You'll Do

- Have meaningful one-on-one conversations with students aged 13–17.
- Support students in exploring career options and future pathways.
- Have conversations around confidence, self-awareness and well-being.
- Build trust and create a safe,



comfortable space for students to express themselves.
- Interact professionally and empathetically with parents.
- Work alongside experienced coaches and learn our strengths-based approach.
- Continuously develop your skills in psychology, coaching, career guidance and youth development.

Who We're Looking ForMust Have

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology.
- 0–1 year of experience — fresh graduates are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with teenagers and parents.
