English Arcade is looking for 10 Campus Connectors across colleges in India to support a career-readiness initiative for final-year students, fresh graduates and active job seekers.

What you'll do

- Connect us with relevant students within your college/network.
- Share approved career-readiness diagnostics and research initiatives.
- Help coordinate participation in short online interactions or career sessions.
- Share insights on placement, interview and career challenges students are experiencing.

Who we're looking for

Students who are active and well-connected within their campus/community.

Preference for:

Placement Coordinators • Student Representatives • Campus Ambassadors • Club/Chapter Leads • Student Community Leads

You don't need a formal title if you have genuine access to an active student network.

Compensation





? ₹500 on 20 verified relevant responses

? ₹1,000 on 40 verified relevant responses

? ₹250 bonus for facilitating an approved interaction with 8+ eligible participants

Strong performers may also receive a Certificate, LOR/LinkedIn recommendation, and priority access to future paid Campus Partner opportunities.

Commitment

Approximately 2–4 flexible schedule/week during the pilot.
