Khandaani is a design house reinterpreting India’s textiles, architecture, and material culture into up-to-date clothing.

Everything we make deserves to be seen the right way — not just posted, actually experienced.

This role is about making that happen in the real world, not just on a screen.

What this actually looks like:

- Walking into a shop, a café, a college fest, and getting a yes out of someone who had no reason to say yes

•
- Dreaming up a small guerrilla moment, a placement, a stunt, and figuring out how to actually pull it off on a shoestring

•
- Thinking in campaigns, not posts — a short film concept, a placement idea, a physical moment that gets people talking before they’ve even seen the clothes

- Owning it end to end — the idea, the negotiation, the execution, the follow-through

•
- You won’t be handed a campaign calendar. You’ll help build one.

What you get

This is a 3-month unpaid internship.

There is no fixed stipend. We want to be transparent about that from the beginning.

What you will get is the opportunity to:

- Work directly with the founder and the Khandaani team
- Work on real campaigns and activations rather than simulated internship projects
- Take ownership of ideas from concept to execution
- Build work that can genuinely become part of your portfolio
- Receive full credit for campaigns and work you contribute to
- Work with Khandaani, a DPIIT-recognised company, and receive an official internship completion certificate and experience letter

We’re looking for someone who’d chase the idea anyway — because making it real is the fun part.
