Role Description This is a full-time, in office Caller role based in Kolkata. The Caller will contact prospective home buyers and leads, introduce AzteK projects, and explain key features, pricing, and benefits. The role involves answering inquiries, providing information about property options, and scheduling site visits or meetings with sales representatives.

The Caller will update and maintain call logs and lead databases, follow up with interested prospects, and coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support conversion and customer satisfaction.



The position requires consistent phone outreach, clear communication, and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Customer service and relationship-building abilities, including handling queries and concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools or spreadsheets for maintaining call records and lead information.
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment and manage time effectively during calling hours.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or real estate customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Comfort with working on-site in Kolkata and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or related fields is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, Bengali and Hindi is commonly spoken in Kolkata is beneficial.
