Role Description The C, C++ and Programming Trainer at ML360 Educations is responsible for delivering structured training sessions on C, C++, and foundational programming concepts to students and professionals. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site classes and some work-from-home tasks such as curriculum development, assignment design, and online mentoring. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching in classrooms or virtual environments, demonstrating coding techniques, guiding learners through practice exercises, and evaluating their progress with assessments and feedback.

The trainer collaborates with the academic team to update course content, integrate programming with data science and analytics topics, and ensure that training materials reflect current industry standards.



The role also involves providing doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring learners on best coding practices, and supporting them in building small projects and portfolios.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in C and C++ programming, including data structures, algorithms, memory management, and object-oriented programming.
- Solid understanding of core programming concepts such as problem solving, debugging, code optimization, and software development best practices.
- Experience in teaching, training, or mentoring learners in a classroom or online setting, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured manner.
- Familiarity with related domains such as data structures, basic Python or other languages, and an interest in machine learning, data science, or quantitative finance is an advantage.
- Ability to design and refine curricula, create assignments, quizzes, and projects, and use learning management systems or online teaching platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a learner-centric approach and robust classroom management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field; relevant certifications or teaching credentials are a plus.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Bengaluru, with readiness to conduct both in-person and remote sessions as required.
