About the Role We are a SaaS product development company building cloud-hosted platforms for enterprise and SME clients. We're looking for a Business Project Analyst to own two things: requirement clarity and delivery coordination -the bridge between what client’s need and what development, QA and DevOps team’s ship.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

- Gather, document and validate business requirements; convert them into BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Own backlog hygiene -prioritisation inputs, story refinement, sprint readiness with Tech and QA leads
- Coordinate UAT cycles -test scenarios, client walkthroughs, sign-off documentation
- Maintain traceability between requirements, change requests and releases

Project Coordination

- Plan and track sprints, milestones and release schedules across multiple parallel projects
- Run sprint ceremonies -standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives -and keep them on time and on point • Track dependencies, risks and blockers across teams; escalate early, drive resolution to closure




- Coordinate resource allocation with team leads; flag capacity conflicts before they hit timelines
- Manage client communication rhythm -status calls, demo scheduling, meeting minutes, action-item follow-through
- Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards for executive and client review
- Maintain project documentation -plans, RAID logs, change registers -in Jira/Confluence

Requirements

- 3–6 years as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator or PM in a SaaS / software product environment
- Proven ability to run multiple projects in Agile/Scrum cadence
- Strong documentation -BRDs, user stories, process flows, executive reporting
- Hands-on with Jira and Confluence; MS Project or similar a plus
- Excellent stakeholder management across developers, clients and executives
- Sharp written English; crisp, executive-ready communication
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field Preferred
- Experience with B2B enterprise SaaS clients
- Basic SQL / data analysis; familiarity with Figma for requirement walkthroughs
- PSM, CSM or CAPM certification
