Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Process Developer with robust expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to support and optimize logistics and transportation processes for a leading truck manufacturing organization. The role will focus on designing, implementing, and improving transportation and supply chain processes using Oracle OTM, working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and logistics partners to drive efficiency and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process Design & Optimization

- Analyze and design transportation and logistics business processes aligned with manufacturing and distribution requirements.
- Identify opportunities to optimize freight planning, route optimization, load building, and carrier management using Oracle OTM.
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency, cost optimization, and service levels.

Oracle OTM Implementation & Enhancement





- Configure and enhance Oracle Transportation Management modules including planning, execution, freight settlement, and visibility.
- Develop and maintain OTM workflows, agents, automation rules, and integration processes.
- Support OTM upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work closely with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and procurement teams to gather requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.

Integration & Data Management

- Support integration between OTM and enterprise systems such as ERP (Oracle/SAP), WMS, and TMS platforms.
- Ensure accurate data mapping, master data governance, and reporting for transportation operations.

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

- Monitor system performance and transportation KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging analytics and automation.
- Document process flows, SOPs, and best practices.
