About the Job:

Key Responsibilities

- Own budgeting, forecasting, AOP and financial planning
- Prepare MIS, P&L; and variance analysis for leadership
- Analyze CAC, LTV, unit economics and contribution margins
- Build financial models for business initiatives and pricing decisions
- Track budgets vs.



actuals and identify risks and opportunities
- Evaluate business cases and ROI across functions
- Support investor reporting, fundraising and board presentations
- Drive improvements in financial reporting and automation

Requirements

- CA with 5+ years of experience in Business Finance / FP&A;
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
- Strong understanding of business metrics and unit economics
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Startup or high-growth workplace experience preferred
