nWhat You Should Have?

- 8+ years of experience in Backend Engineering with strong expertise in Java/J2EE.n
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.n
- Robust understanding of distributed systems, scalable architectures, and event-driven applications.n




- Experience with PostgreSQL and database performance optimization.n
- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and third-party integrations.n
- Experience working with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.n
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences.n
