About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager - Staffing to lead client acquisition efforts across staff augmentation and permanent hiring services. The ideal candidate is a agile professional with a strong background in recruitment sales and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, prospect, and convert recent business opportunities across various industries (IT, Pharma, Engineering, BFSI, etc.)

- Pitch staffing solutions—including contract and full-time placements—to clients at all levels, including CXOs and hiring managers

- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospective clients and partnerships

- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to contract closure





- Collaborate with internal recruitment/delivery teams to align client needs with delivery capabilities

- Prepare sales reports, maintain CRM data, and forecast revenue accurately

- Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of proven success in business development in the staffing/recruitment industry

- Strong understanding of staff augmentation and full-time hiring models

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to build strategic relationships and close high-value deals

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

- Experience across IT, Pharma, Engineering, or Healthcare recruitment is preferred
