· Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure.

· Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with explicit briefs and expectations.

· Support new client onboarding and early-stage satisfaction.

· Maintain complete CRM hygiene with accurate logs, follow-ups, and pipeline updates.

· Share weekly reports on leads, conversions, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.
