Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders, and driving enrollment growth for academy programs. Daily activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market needs.

The Business Development

Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning for expansion and partnerships. In addition,



the role involves representing the academy at events, maintaining a strong local network, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism in every external interaction.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in education, training, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in relationship building, stakeholder management, and client communication, with the ability to present programs and proposals clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and translate insights into actionable business strategies and plans.
- Competence in using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic data analysis to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated negotiation, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
- Comfort working in office in Bhubaneswar and engaging with local businesses, institutions, and community stakeholders.
