About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive B2B sales and business growth in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling any one of the following products: UPVC, Modular Kitchens, or Doors, preferably to builders, developers, contractors, or real estate companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities with builders, real estate developers, contractors, and project companies.
- Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of B2B clients.
- Meet builders and decision-makers to understand project requirements and present our products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle the complete sales cycle — lead generation, meetings, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and closing.




- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects in the Gurugram market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product requirements, orders, and execution.
- Maintain regular sales reports and update the CRM/pipeline.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development preferred.
- Experience in any one of these categories is required:
- UPVC
- Modular Kitchen
- Doors
- Experience working with builders, developers, contractors, architects, or real estate companies will be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the Gurugram real estate/construction market is an advantage.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Someone who is well-connected with the builder/real estate community, understands B2B project sales, and can independently generate and convert business opportunities.
