Duptus is looking for an experienced IT Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who is confident in client acquisition, lead generation, proposal writing, bidding, and closing IT projects through platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and bid on relevant IT projects on freelancing platforms
- Prepare compelling proposals and client pitches
- Generate and qualify leads
- Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements
- Negotiate pricing and project terms
- Convert leads into successful projects
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with the technical/project team for smooth project execution
- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets

? What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in IT Business Development / IT Sales

✅ Hands-on experience with Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills





✅ Solid proposal writing and negotiation skills

✅ Understanding of Web, Mobile App, Software Development, UI/UX, and other IT services

✅ Result-oriented and target-driven approach

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership

? Experience: 5+ Years
