Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Channel: Banca Channel

Industry: Life Insurance

Location: Karimnagar ( Telangana )

CTC: Up to ₹3.25 LPA

Age Limit: Max 37 years

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1 year experience in BFSI

- Life Insurance experience OR cross-selling of Life Insurance is acceptable

- Banca Channel experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches

- Cross-sell life insurance products to bank customers

- Build and maintain solid relationships with bank staff

- Achieve assigned sales targets

- Support bank teams with product training and joint calls

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate (mandatory)

- Good communication and relationship management skills

- Target-driven sales mindset
