- Converting leads provided by company and assign branch

- Maintaining relationships with branch Employees and existing customers.
- Training, guiding,



updating the RMs and PBs on life insurance concepts, selling skills, products of company, and processes.
- Responsible and accountable for Channel Partners Sales/ Business targets for the allocated branches.

- Assist /Help RM to generate leads and log into prospective applications and driving and inspiring the branch staff along with the RM and providing support for logging in applications sourced.
- Prospect and meet customers within and outside the Branch as when required.
- Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner so as to
