? Hiring – Business Development Manager | C&I; Solar + BESS

We are looking for experienced Business Development professionals to drive our C&I; Solar EPC and BESS business.

? Locations: Maharashtra, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka

?‍? Experience: 3+ Years

? CTC: Open to discuss

C&I; Solar EPC

✅ Experience in C&I; Solar Project Sales / EPC

✅ Must have handled projects of 300 kW and above

✅ Experience with Industrial & Commercial customers

✅ B2B / Project Sales / Enterprise Sales experience preferred

✅ Knowledge of CAPEX, OPEX, RESCO & Open Access is an advantage

BESS

✅ Experience in BESS / Battery Energy Storage / ESS sales

✅ Experience handling BESS projects in kWh / MWh scale

✅ C&I; BESS / Outdoor BESS experience preferred





✅ Strong techno-commercial and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Generate and convert new business opportunities

✔️ Identify C&I; and BESS customers and build a solid pipeline

✔️ Manage customer meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures

✔️ Develop key accounts and channel partnerships

✔️ Achieve revenue and sales targets

✔️ Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project teams
