Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with potential and existing clients.





The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align client needs with digital marketing solutions, tracking sales performance, and contributing to business development strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and deal closing.

- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as online advertising, social media marketing, and performance-based campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic growth plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent specialization is an advantage.
- Prior experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing, advertising, or technology workplace is preferred.
