Role Description The Business Development Intern will support growth initiatives by identifying prospective clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and maintaining organized records of outreach efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to support client communication. The intern will engage with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and meetings, providing timely responses and professional customer service.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular collaboration with the business development and marketing teams.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data, client requirements, and business metrics.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Capability in lead generation and prospecting, with an interest in sales and business growth activities.
- Experience or familiarity with market research methods, competitor analysis, and reporting findings in a structured way.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport, handling queries, and maintaining a client-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of IT services or software solutions, and willingness to learn about technologies such as web development, cloud, and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and ability to manage documentation and CRM updates accurately.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in a team environment, and manage time effectively in a full-time setting.
