Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Manager at 1to1help.net. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying recent business opportunities, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

- Sales, Business Development, and Strategic Planning skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the EAP or mental health industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Knowledge of employee well-being programs
