We are inviting applications for Lead Generation Associates – IT Industry Outreach who will help connect with IT companies, startups, and tech firms to generate job, internship, and project opportunities for IT students and job seekers.

This is a remote, experience-focused role designed for individuals who want to build strong industry exposure, communication skills, and professional networks in the IT ecosystem.

? Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify IT companies, startups, and tech agencies
- Reach out to companies via LinkedIn, email, and calls
- Introduce student/job seeker talent pool and placement support initiative




- Generate leads for hiring partnerships, internships, and job openings
- Coordinate initial conversations and opportunity interest
- Maintain outreach tracker and lead status updates
- Support collaboration between companies and candidate pools
- Work with the internal team to route verified opportunities
