REQUIREMENTS

- Your degree doesn't matter here, but your knowledge and skills will.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Candidates must show enthusiasm for PANHA’s vision and mission.
- Good at sales, good convincing skills

Role Description

- Generate leads and support outreach initiatives.
- Pitch PANHA’s services, programs, and partnerships.
- Support negotiations and collaboration discussions.
- Conduct cold outreach and follow-ups.
- Manage basic lead data using CRM tools or Excel.




- Support social media outreach and relationship building. Don't sell features sell the transaformation, emotions, end results and experience
- Assist in growth and revenue-aligned initiatives, also work on quality & customer service after using the service take follow up.

1)Build & manage a safe PANHA community in your college.
- Connect people with PANHA's peer-support ecosystem.
- Promote PANHA through classroom outreach, societies, clubs, & WhatsApp groups.

4)Create & post engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Execute influencer marketing campaigns with student creators and campus influencers.
- Develop creative growth ideas, including guerrilla marketing and offline activations.
- Drive registrations for PANHA's website, app, events, & initiatives.
- Host anonymous discussions and support circles every weekend.
- Organize workshops, awareness drives, collaborations, & campus events.
