As we continue to scale, we seek a energetic Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth by identifying, connecting with, and engaging prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential customers through various channels such as LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls. Qualify leads based on company criteria.
2. Prospecting: Research to understand target industries, companies, and decision-makers to craft personalized outreach strategies.
3. Outreach: Initiate conversations with prospective clients via email, phone,



and social media to build relationships and schedule sales team meetings.
4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date information in the CRM system to ensure proper lead tracking and reporting.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-generation efforts with the sales team and ensure a seamless handoff process.
6. Feedback Loop: Provide insights on lead quality and outreach performance to help improve processes and strategies.
7. KPI Management: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals, including calls, emails, and meetings booked.
