Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Lucknow. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings and tailor solutions to client needs.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct market research, prepare proposals and presentations, negotiate terms, and consistently follow up to drive closures and meet sales targets.



Regular reporting on sales activities and performance, as well as participation in client meetings and industry events, will be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of business concepts and commercial awareness to align solutions with client objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional presentation abilities.
- Experience in account management, with a focus on client relationship building, retention, and upselling.
- Prior experience in IT services, software development, or digital solutions sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, manage time effectively, and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM software) for documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
