Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to potential hotel and homestay partners, and managing a pipeline of leads.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct meetings and product demonstrations, negotiate commercial terms, and support the onboarding of new accounts. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with internal teams to address client needs,



and tracking performance against sales targets. The role also requires ongoing market research to understand competitor offerings and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, approach, and convert prospective hospitality partners.
- Business acumen and Account Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with clients.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, hospitality, or related industries.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and meet defined sales and activity targets.
- Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to track leads, activities, and performance metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
