Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up and participating in client calls, demos, and follow-ups.
- Learn to articulate Pallet's value proposition and product features.
- Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Maintain accurate customer data and interaction logs in CRM tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Shadow and learn from senior sales professionals to develop consultative selling skills.





Requirements

- Strong interest in sales, tech, and the retail ecosystem.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (e. g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
