We’re looking for an energetic, driven Business Development Executive who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and converting conversations into meaningful client relationships.

? Experience: Fresher or 1+ Year

? CTC: ₹4–6 LPA

? Working Hours: Mon–Fri: 9 AM–6 PM | Sat: 9 AM–1 PM

What you’ll be doing:• Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels

- Understand client requirements, health goals and interests
- Conduct meaningful conversations and explain iThrive’s programs and offerings
- Follow up with leads and nurture prospects throughout the sales journey
- Handle objections and address client queries effectively
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments and drive revenue
- Maintain accurate lead and sales data in the CRM
- Consistently work towards and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build strong,



long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients

What we’re looking for:• Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Fresher or 1+ year of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Counselling / B2C Sales
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
