Qualification

- BBA / MBA from a recognized institution.
- MBA specialization in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Sales, or Business Management will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with good communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and referral networks for the hospital.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, corporates, institutions, and other healthcare partners.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and potential referral partners.
- Promote the hospital's mental-healthcare services and clinical programs.
- Generate leads and convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients, referral partners, and organizations.
- Support hospital marketing, outreach, awareness programs, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal clinical and administrative teams to support business development initiatives.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead records, follow-up details, and business development data.
- Achieve assigned monthly targets and business development objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential referral sources.




- Represent Mind & Brain Hospital professionally during meetings, visits, events, and outreach activities.

Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and convincing skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
