? Key Responsibilities
Strong Communication Skill.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Manage the sales pipeline and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
? Candidate Profile
1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
Experience in construction, waterproofing, real estate, or building services preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong lead generation and client-handling abilities.
