Are you a motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals? We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing Admissions & Sales team.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels.

Guide prospects through courses, counselling services, and admission processes.

Convert leads into paid counselling registrations and successful admissions.

Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture relationships to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.

Collaborate with counselling, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless student experience.

Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Who Can Apply?

Graduates from any stream.





Candidates with Commerce backgrounds or those who have pursued CA, CMA, or CS (including dropouts) will be preferred.

0–2 years of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Counselling, Customer Support, or related roles.

- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.

Prerequisites: Candidates are required to have their own laptop and reliable internet connectivity.
