Role Description The Business Development Executive (Edtech and Field Sales) will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities with nursing colleges, training institutes, hospitals, and other relevant partners. This full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneshwae involves conducting field visits, generating and qualifying leads, delivering product presentations and demos, and nurturing relationships to close sales. The role includes managing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and gathering market feedback to refine NPrep’s offerings.

The executive will maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities, meet revenue and outreach targets, and represent NPrep at events and workshops to expand brand presence in the healthcare education ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, approach, and convert prospective institutional and B2B partners.




- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, maintain relationships, and support long-term partner success.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to conduct effective presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder interactions in person and over digital channels.
- Relevant experience in field sales, edtech, or selling to educational or healthcare institutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet targets, and manage time and travel efficiently in Bengaluru and surrounding regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in sales and business development.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, productivity software, and basic analytics to track performance and report activity.
