Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of corporate and event clients.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct client outreach, deliver presentations, and manage negotiations to close deals in line with company targets. Daily activities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams for artist availability and pricing,



and ensuring smooth handover to account management for ongoing service. The role also requires tracking market trends, preparing sales reports, and contributing ideas to improve business development strategies and processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business relationship skills to nurture clients and support repeat engagements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in event management, talent management, entertainment, or a related industry.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and time management abilities, along with proficiency in basic CRM and office software, will be beneficial.
