Position Overview Role Business Development Executive (Field Sales / Inside Sales) Location Jaipur (Preferred) Experience 0–3 Years Industry Preference SaaS, Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, Digital Marketing Salary & Incentives • Fixed Salary:



₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month ◦ 4% commission on every Annual Plan sale ◦ 4% commission on every Quarterly Plan sale ◦ Monthly subscriptions qualify for incentives only after the clinic remains active for a minimum of 3 consecutive months • No upper limit on incentives Key Responsibilities • Generate and close clinic leads • Conduct product demonstrations for doctors, clinic owners, and reception staff • Explain clinic-side and patient-side advantages of the platform • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and clinic decision-makers • Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers • Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records • Coordinate onboarding after successful sales • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the product team Ideal Candidate • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Comfortable meeting doctors and clinic owners • Basic understanding of software and mobile applications • Self-motivated and target-driven • Hindi and English communication preferred • Own vehicle is a plus
