Business Development Executive — WhatsApp Ordering Desk (Plazza) Run Plazza's WhatsApp ordering channel from our operator console — supervising the AI agent, or handling every chat manually with AI replies switched off. You'll do Work the live chat queue; take over conversations, reply as the business, cede back. Run orders end-to-end: find medicines, build the cart, apply coupons, confirm address, send the payment link.

Follow up on unpaid links, answer order-status and refund queries, escalate real support cases. Tag outcomes and report conversion, response time, AOV, repeat rate weekly. You need 1–3 yrs inside sales / customer success / q-commerce ops (solid freshers considered).

Fluent written English + Hindi, WhatsApp-fast and warm. Comfortable running several chats at once on a web dashboard; obsessive about the right medicine, address and amount. Shift work incl. rostered weekends.

Bonus: pharmacy/healthcare background, CRM experience.
